Pioneer Cemetery (1886-1922)

 Also known as the Bend Cemetery, located on the highway towards the Wyndham Port.  The Pioneer Cemetery provides an insight into the hardships associated with the building of the Wyndham meatworks in the early 1900s.  A list of names and cause of death illustrates just how trecherous it was in those early days.
